Housing and Property provide a range of technical and professional services to the Council and its customers.
Asset Management
The Service is leading in the formation and implementation of the Council's Asset Management Plan, which aims to ensure that the Council receives best value from its physical assets.
Construction and Property
Construction are the property procurement professionals within the Highland Council, providing a comprehensive range of services
It is responsible for the provision of architecture, quantity surveying, building service engineering and maintenance services along with Clerks of Works and Building Services Inspectors.
In addition to the Service's traditional activities, staff also provide a wide range of specialist services including project management, asset valuation, contract monitoring, CDM and Energy Advice.
The Service is also responsible for the strategic and operational management of a large property portfolio.

Estates
The Estates section looks after the sale, acquisition and mangement of a number of industrial units and other property throughout the Highlands. There are currently a number of houses on offer. Please look on our Property for Sale page if you have any interest in these.
