The proposal is for a new single storey 11 classroom primary school with nursery facilities. The school development also contains two multi-use halls, a community room, a library and a flood lit MUGA.
Site:
The site is to the West of the Milton of Leys A9 junction, with housing schemes on three sides and a proposed commercial/district centre development on the other side. There is an open outlook to the North towards the Beauly and Moray firths, the Black Isle, Ben Wyvis and beyond.

A Pre-Planning Consultation Meeting was held at Inshes Primary School, Inverness on the 18th of February 2010 where comments and views were taken on board as far as practical.
