The Highland Licensing Board – Caithness, Sutherland and Easter Ross Division

Applications have been received in respect of premises licences. Any objections and/or representations must be made by the date stated in each application to the relevant Clerk’s office  below.  The Clerk will arrange for the objection to be copied to the applicant and if, at the time of consideration of the application by the Board the objection has not been resolved, the Licensing Board will hear both the applicant and objector(s).

The following application will be considered by the above Licensing Board at its Meeting on Tuesday, 17 June 2008 in the Mowat Room, Assembly Rooms, Sinclair Terrace, Wick.

Application under the Licensing (Scotland) Act 1976 for the Grant of a Regular Extension of Permitted Hours

Applicant: Golspie Golf Club and Robert Beaton, Cladach, Duke Street, Golspie

Premises: Golspie Golf Club, Ferry Road, Golspie

Hours:

• Friday – 11.00 pm to 1am the following day 
• Saturday – 11.00 pm to 11.45pm 
• Sunday – 11.15am to 12.30pm and 2.30pm to 6.30pm

Persons competent to object to the above application(s) and wishing to do so must lodge written notice of objection with the Depute Clerk to the Licensing Board not later than SEVEN DAYS (MONDAY 9 JUNE 2008) before the Meeting of the Licensing Board at which the application is to be considered and must intimate the objection to the applicant, all in accordance with the requirements of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 1976.
