Applications have been received in respect of premises licences. Any objections and/or representations must be made by the date stated in each application to the relevant Clerk’s office as detailed in the undernoted guidance notes. The Clerk will arrange for the objection to be copied to the applicant and if, at the time of consideration of the application by the Board the objection has not been resolved, the Highland Licensing Board will hear both the applicant and objector(s).
