We are also aware that difficulties can occur from time to time which affect the delivery of services that we provide and the following explains how you can complain if:
- You feel we have done something wrong
- We fail to do something we said we would do
- You were not treated courteously or efficiently by a member of our staff

If you still feel that you have not been treated fairly by the Council you can complain to the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman at www.scottishombudsman.org.uk. You can read reports from the Ombudsman on complaints made against the Council here.
