Care and repair is aimed at helping people over 65 and people with disabilities, who live in privately owned or rented housing to improve their homes.

Care and repair can help by: 

  • Organising surveys and drawings
  • Obtaining prices for work
  • Applying for improvement and repair grants
  • Applying for loans or other funding
  • Organising the works
  • Approaching other agencies who may be able to provide help

Care and repair services are delivered by different organisations in each area.
