Pay

We have a fair and transparent pay strategy. It is based on 15 grades (HC01-HC15) with either 4 or 5 annual increments within each grade.

Pensions

We contribute to a high quality CARE pension scheme that enables you to make adequate provision for when you retire. You put in 6 per cent of your pensionable pay and we make an additional contribution. You don’t have to join the scheme but we will enrol you unless you choose not to go ahead with it. 

Relocation expenses

If you have to move home in order to join us, we offer a generous expenses package of up to £6,500. The post details that you receive for a job application will confirm whether relocation expenses are offered.

Learning and development

Our induction programme helps all new employees get to know the organisation.

We have a regular review system which focuses on your development needs and gives you the chance to talk about your job, and your plans for the future.We offer European Computer Driving Licence training and have a comprehensive digital learning centre.
