Notify us of cooling towers and condensers
We want to identify areas that could give rise to the spread of infectious disease (for example, Legionella) and to make sure measures are taken to eliminate risk of infection.
It is the duty of premises owners to tell us in writing of a cooling tower or an evaporative condenser except:
- where it contains no water that is exposed to air
- where its water supply is not connected
- where its electrical supply is not connected
