The key paths in our area are called core paths, and give the public reasonable access throughout the area.

West Highlands and Islands core paths plan review (commenced May 2015)
We are reviewing the core paths for the areas of Skye and Lochalsh, Lochaber and Wester Ross (Maps 22-35 of the Ross and Cromarty core paths plan). Public meetings will be held throughout the area. Dates and venues will be advertised in local newspapers.

Caithness and Sutherland review (commenced June 2013)
We are reviewing the core paths for the Caithness and Sutherland area. Public meetings were held in 2014 in various locations.
