Overview

This is a transnational cooperation project between the Community Woodlands Association in the Highland and Cairngorms LAG areas in Scotland and the Sjö, Skog & Fjäll LAG in Sweden. The objective of the project is to share innovative techniques and best practice for the construction, promotion and management of mixed-use trails. The project also aims to facilitate networking and knowledge exchange amongst community woodland groups (and potentially other landowners) around the subject of trail construction and management.
