Quality assurance

Community Learning and Development is subject to similar quality assurance processes as other council serivces.   The self evaluation document "How good is our community learning and development" is used to audit the service and provide a basis for development planning.   This and other relevant documents can be accessed by following the link on the right.

Peer review reports are also attached on the right.   These are compiled following quality assurance reviews carried out with experienced officers from other Highland Council Areas.
