Phoenix e1 has an excellent help facility which will give the help page you need for the part of the system you are in. Pearson Phoenix also provide a very helpful Customer Services website. This provides demonstration movies, worksheets and other updates. You can register for this at http://www.pearsonphoenix.com/ (top right).
There is a Phoenix e1 User Support Site on the Council Intranet which can be accessed from the A-Z Index.
If you want to report a problem with the system or request a change to it, you need to log a call with the Fujitsu Helpdesk. By phone: 01463 702702 (or 2702 when dialling internally). By email: email@example.com (or Service Desk if emailing internally) - where your email will be responded to, either by email or telephone, within 2 working hours of receipt, during normal working hours (Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00).
Secondary Schools also have access to direct support from Phoenix Helpdesk – tel 01722 344810 or email SalisburySupportDesk@pearson.com. Support is available between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday. (closed Bank/Public Hols) A 24-hour answering phone service is in operation and messages will be dealt with as soon as the office opens again.
