Quality assurance

The Quality Development Team comprises lead officers and development officers seconded for short-term specific tasks or on a part time basis. The main function of development officers is to determine staff development needs in their particular areas of responsibility and to plan and facilitate the staff-development and curriculum development programme.  Priorities will be kept under review and new posts will be created as needs are identified and funding permits. Development groups, run by lead officers, may be used as well as or as an alternative to secondments.  A list of the Quality Development Team is available in the current documents section.   The Quality Development Team are located at:
