Kilchuimen Primary and Academy share a campus in an attractive position in the village of Fort Augustus, by Loch Ness. There are currently 75 pupils in P1-7 classes, organised in composite classes. There are a further 20 pupils in the Nursery Class, which provides a service for three and four year old pre-school children.

The school aims to provide a warm, nurturing ethos as a basis for our pupils’ development. There is a strong emphasis on supporting pupils to become independent and motivated learners through a challenging and varied curriculum.

We strive to have close links with our parents and the wider community and enjoy active involvement and support for our school.
