At Gergask Primary School we aim to provide a happy and safe environment where our pupils are encouraged to take an active role in their learning. The children enjoy a full and balanced curriculum as prescribed by the Scottish Executive within the developing framework of a Curriculum for Excellence.

Our school is non-denominational, provides equal opportunities for all pupils and promotes an ethos of inclusion, achievement and attainment in keeping with the National Priorities.

At Gergask we consider education to be a partnership between home and school. Consequently, parents and indeed the wider community make a valuable contribution to many areas of school life. We are always pleased to explore new ideas with parents.
