Spean Bridge Primary School is one of four schools built as part of The Highland Council’s first Education Public Private Partnership (PPP). The School houses modern purpose built facilities, which provides its pupils with a stimulating learning environment, this is supported by an ethos of encouraging achievement and celebrating success. We actively promote partnership between home, school and the wider community and have an active and supportive Parent Council. There are presently 92 children being taught within 4 classrooms. Spean Bridge Primary School provides nursery education for 3 and 4 year olds from the Achnacarry, Roy Bridge and Spean Bridge areas. It is a very busy place with 22 lively children attending the class. The Nursery has its own security entrance and enjoys a large fully equipped room with an enclosed outdoor play area. The Nursery staff provide a well balanced curriculum to meet the needs of the children, they are very much a part of the school and frequently join in with whole school activities.
