Head Teacher: Mrs Linda Cleworth

Strathdearn Primary School is a small, rural village school which was opened in 2002 to serve the rural communities of Moy and Tomatin.  We aim to provide a happy and safe environment where our pupils are encouraged to take an active role in their learning.  The children enjoy a full balanced curriculum within the developing framework of a Curriculum for Excellence.  The school currently has a role of 45 pupil in two classes.  The staffing comprises of the Head Teacher (with teaching commitment) and a full time class teacher.  At Strathdearn we consider education to be a partnership between home and school, consequently, parents and the wider community provide a valuable contribution to many areas of school life.  The local community provides excellent facilities for sport and various clubs.

Strathdearn Primary School also has the School Blog.
