Auchtertyre Primary is currently part of a cluster arrangement with Loch Duich Primary. Auchtertyre Primary School serves the communities of Achmore, Balmacara and Dornie. We work hard to create an inclusive school community where all members feel valued. We provide pupils with a stimulating learning environment which is supported by an ethos of encouraging achievement and celebrating success. We actively promote partnership between home, school and the wider community and have an active and supportive Parent Teachers Association. There are presently 3 classes in the school. There are currently 68 pupils in P1-7 with a further 17 pupils in the Nursery and the school has 3 teaching staff, with a number of visiting teachers, who visit the school during the week to provided specialist input.
