Macdiarmid Primary School provides its pupils with stimulating educational opportunities in a secure leaning environment, and is supported by an ethos which fosters the encouragement of achievement and the celebration of success. We work actively to promote positive partnerships between home, school and the community. We promote an ethos of equality for all.
We have an active and supportive School Board and Parent teacher association.
There are currently 2 multi-composite classes in the school. There are presently 35 pupils in P1 – 7 with a further 12 pupils attending Nursery. The school has 2 teaching staff. We are currently part of a two school cluster group with a shared Headteacher.
