St. Clements dates back to the beginning of the century when it was first the Old Academy and later formed part of the Primary School.  The school is ideally sited near the town centre.  The building consists of 5 classrooms, canteen/G.P. Room, large soft play room, Resource Room, Head teacher’s Office and staffroom. Additional accommodation has recently been added housing a large classroom, sensory room and quiet room. This accommodation provides full disabled toilet and shower facilities.  At present we have a school roll of 38 some of whom suffer from multiple disorders e.g. speech, hearing, visual impairment and physical disabilities.  We have a staff roll of 29.  Visiting specialists include Psychologists, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, School doctor and School nurse, Dental Hygienist, Art teacher, H.E. teacher and P.E. teacher
