Reay Primary School is on the North Coast of Scotland. This main stream primary school enjoys a quiet rural location and services the catchment areas of Forss, Skaill, Dounreay, Achreamie, Lieurary, Westfield, Shebster and the Parish of Reay. The school promotes partnerships with parents, businesses and the local community. Parents play a very supportive role in the school. There are presently 51 pupils arranged into 3 classrooms with 3 full time teachers, a classroom assistant, support for learning staff and two part time visiting teachers. Outside there is a tarmac area for playground games, a basketball/netball court, a wooden play area, covered bicycle stands and a generous grass area to the rear for football etc.
