Citizens’ Panel Results on Council Performance, full report 2011
A new survey of public opinion of Highland Council services reports that the net satisfaction rate among those commenting on the Library Service is 89%. The Highland Council’s Performance Report for 2011 notes that this is ‘a remarkable rating and the highest accorded any of the services at any time in these performance surveys.’ Click here to read the full report
