Highland Libraries' Customer Survey - Your Opinions Counted!
Highland Libraries values the views of its customers, and a Survey was carried out at the end of 2007 to help shape future library services to Highland communities.
The results of the 2007 survey are being analysed, but here are some of the key results:
- 29% of our customers visit their library at least once a week
- 90% of respondents who used the Children's Services rated them as 'Good' or 'Very Good'
- 90% of those who used our free online databases rated them as 'Good' or 'Very Good'
- 81% of customers who visited the Am Baile website rated it as 'Good' or 'Very Good'
- 84% of library users found the staff 'Very Helpful'
You told us that you thought libraries were 'Useful', 'Helpful', 'Efficient' and 'Inspirational'
Highland Libraries will be looking at the results of the survey and we will keep you informed of any developments as a result of the findings.
