Wednesday
0800-0900 (Adults only, training lane), 1300-1400 (General Public), 1700-2000 (General Public, training lane), 1800-1900 (fun hour), 2000-2100 (Ladies only)

Thursday
0800-0900 (Adults only, training lane), 1200-1400 (General Public), 1400-1500 (Adult and Toddler), 1800-2000 (General Public)

Friday

The Highland Council admission policy: all under 8yr olds must be accompanied by a responsible adult (16+yrs):

  • 4-7yrs (inclusive) - up to 2 children to 1 adult
  • under 4yrs - 1 child to 1 adult

Our “deep-end rule” – before being allowed out of your depth you must be able to: Jump from the side into water of 1.5metres or more so that the head fully submerges, or hold a submerged mushroom float for 10 seconds. Tread water for 1 minute. Swim 50 metres in under 2 minutes. Please ask a member of staff for further clarification and a test.
