A 4 week ceilidh trail working in and around a variety of venues in Inverness and the Caledonian Canal from Drumnadrochit down to Neptune's Staircase in Banavie. Offering afternoon informal music sessions from 4-5pm working on Village Greens and the Locks at Fort Augustus and Banavie. Evening ceilidhs held in various types venues starting times will vary but can be from 8-8.30 to 10-10.30pm. Later times will vary depending on the venues. Most of the events are free of charge,with a few exceptions.

Ceilidh Trail team members are Lead Professional musician, Cameron Kellow, accordion, Trainee lead professional musician, Rachel Campbell and the Students musicians,Rachael macDonald, Gaelic Song, bagpipes, small pies and whistle, Alasdair Taylor, guitar, mandolin, banjo and bazouki and Ewan MacDonald, fiddle and guitar.

The Ceilidh Trail Team will be working in partnership with TMC Folk a group of talented young musicians based in and around the Inverness area along with their MD David Bowen. TMC Folk are made up of young student musicians, some of whom attended the TMC Project music classes. They came together on a more permanent basis as a performance group in 2005. Taking part in various events in and around Inverness area throughout Highland 2007 and taking a fuller part in the Ceilidh Trail in 2008. TMC Folk are a voluntary group supported by a committee of parents and co-opted members.
