Highland Council Countryside Rangers run many events and guided walks which aim to help raise awareness and encourage appreciation of the scenery, wildlife and heritage of the Highlands.

The Rangers in Skye and Lochalsh are running a series of Mountain Maintenance Days where you can develop your practical path skills to benefit the well-used mountain paths of the area. Further details on this link;
