District Courts

As from 2 June, the JP Court has replaced District Courts.

Following the reform of Summary Justice, the Council is no longer responsible for administering the District Court.

As from Monday 2 June 2008 the District Court has been renamed the JP Court and will be administered by the Scottish Court Service.

Paying a fine or financial penalty from 2 June 2008?
