Albyn Housing Society, with funding made available from Communities Scotland, have now completed this development of 2 two bedroom houses and 6 three bedroom houses for affordable rent.
This scheme was enabled by the Council identifying an area of land in their ownership and partly in the ownership of Assynt Estates. The Council was able to purchase the Estate Land and transfer the entire area to Albyn Housing Society.
