Albyn Housing Society have recently completed 4 new homes at Braes of
Balnagowan, Nethybridge as part of the LIFT new supply shared equity programme.
The development was designed to blend with the other private homes on the site and the houses have the benefit of solar hot water systems.
The quality of the project was given a recent seal of approval when it was
awarded a prestigious NHBC Quality Award at their national awards event.
