The first phase of 10 homes for affordable rent and 3 for affordable home ownership under the shared equity scheme (LIFT) have been completed by Cairn Housing Assocation, within the Scotia Homes development at Great North Road in Muri of Ord.
A second phase of 9 homes for affordable rent and 7 for LIFT is currently on site.
