We have on site at present three large "roads and services" projects at Scotsburn Road in Tain, the old Golf Course in Invergordon and Drummie, Golspie.
Each site is designed to deliver a range of houses, comprising housing association homes for affordable rent and low cost home ownership under LIFT, the shared equity initiative; self build plots and private housing built by the Alliance or smaller developers.
We are currently marketing self build plots for sale on all three sites, many at substantial discounts on market values, where people can meet specific criteria.
Our first development of plots at Tain (pictured here) has successfully had 14 new homes built by local people on serviced sites bought from the Alliance
