The first affordable housing within the Dingwall North development has been built by Albyn Housing Society. This scheme provides 14 homes for affordable rent and 10 for low cost home ownership under the shared equity initiative (LIFT). The Dingwall North development includes a further 125 affordable units which will be built in a number of locations as the project progresses.
