The main site servicing works are now complete on a site to the north of the primary school. This land was sold by Highland Council to Albyn Housing Society and the Highland Housing Alliance for development of a mixed tenure scheme. Albyn is currently developing a scheme which will provide 28 affordable homes, 18 of which will be for affordable rent with the remaining 10 for affordable home ownership under the shared equity initiative. Completion is expected towards the end of 2008.
