Works are nearing completion on the site to the North of Sutherland Road in Dornoch which is being developed by Tullochs. Of the 33 houses, 8 will be made available by Albyn Housing Society for low cost home ownership under the shared equity scheme (LIFT) and 5 will be made available by Albyn for affordable rent.
Pat Munro (Alness) is developing a larger site to the South of Sutherland Road within which the first phase will include 4 LIFT properties for completion by December 2009.
