Highland Council has made avaialble a site on Sutherland Road, which will deliver 13 afforddable homes within a development of 33 houses. Albyn Housing Society is working with Tulloch Homes on the site and 5 of the affordable homes will be for rent with the remaining 8 being avaialble for affordable home ownership under the shared equity initiative. The affordable units should be completed by December 2008.
