Finding Out About Key Tenant Issues

The Tenants Information Service (TIS) and the Tenant Participation Advisory Service (TPAS) are independent organisations who deliver training and information for tenants.

The Highland Council is a member of both TIS and TPAS which gives tenants’ groups discounted rates for the training they provide. Your local tenant participation officer can help groups apply for Council funding to cover any fees  and expenses involved.

The training these organisations provide includes free information sheets, face-to-face training, and bespoke training packages for individual groups. Click on an issue below to find out about training and information available, or contact your

to discuss how we can best meet tenants’ information and training requirements.
