The Private Rented Housing Panel (PRHP) can help Scottish tenants and landlords resolve their differences. For example they provide tenants with a way to force landlords to do necessary repairs.
Before you can make an application to the PRHP, you have to notify your landlord that the work needs to be done and give your landlord reasonable time to complete the work.
For more information on getting repairs done, your rights and how the Private Rented Panel can help, go to their website: www.prhpscotland.gov.uk
