The Scheme sets out how the Highland Council can offer assistance to private homeowners and private tenants.
We can offer assistance with adapting your home to make it more suitable for someone who has been adversely affected by age, impairment, ill health, or traumatic injury. We can also offer assistance with repairing and improving your home.
The assistance available ranges from information and advice; to signposting and referral to appropriate professionals; to financial support and enhanced assistance for people aged over 65 or of any age with a disability.
