The Service Point Network is your first point of contact with The Highland Council. Our network of 37 front line offices around the Highlands provides local residents with direct face to face access to council services. Our Alness based Service Centre is there to take care of your telephone enquiries, ensuring that calls are dealt with at the first point of contact wherever possible.
Our friendly, experienced customer care staff are here to help you with any council enquiry and access to a wide range of services.

Drop by one of our offices (find your local Service Point here) or phone our Service Centre to speak to our trained staff. If we cannot help, we will arrange an appointment with a specialist who can.
