What is the Service Point Network?

The Service Point Network is your first point of contact with The Highland Council. Our network of front line offices around the Highlands provides local residents with direct face to face access to council services. Our Alness based Service Centre is there to take care of your telephone enquiries, ensuring that calls are dealt with at the first point of contact wherever possible.
Please be aware calls to The Service Centre may be recorded for quality and service improvements. Our friendly, experienced customer care staff are here to help you with any council enquiry and access to a wide range of services.
Want to pay your council tax, apply for benefits, order a special refuse collection or report a housing repair? Drop by one of our offices or phone our Service Centre to speak to our trained staff. If we cannot help, we will arrange an appointment with a specialist who can. You can also email service.point@highland.gov.uk.
Internet Security - Please note that internet email cannot be guaranteed as secure. Therefore, it is inadvisable to provide personal information by this method.
Do NOT send personal data to the above email address.
