A site visit by the South Planning Applications Committee to view The Boat Hotel at Boat of Garten will take place on Monday 28 September, 2015 leaving from Council Headquarters, Glenurquhart Road, Inverness at 9.30 am.  The application will be determined at the South Planning Applications Committee meeting to be held on Tuesday 29 September 2015 in the Council Chamber, Council Headquarters, Glenurquhart Road, Inverness at 10.30 am.

You are invited to attend and a note of the business to be considered is attached. Members are respectfully reminded to wear clothing and footwear appropriate to the site and weather conditions.

Webcast Notice: The meeting on 29 September 2015 will be filmed and broadcast over the Internet on the Highland Council website and will be archived and available for viewing for 12 months thereafter.

Members are reminded that during determination of any item before this Committee they must be present throughout the whole of that item, including the site visit, in order to be entitled to participate.

Members are further reminded that mobile devices, including mobile phones, can be used for following the agenda/reports and delivering speeches but should not be used for any form of communication (text or tweet) during the site visit and meeting.
