New Ward Manager For Tain and Easter Ross

The new Ward Manager for Tain and Easter Ross is Carol Elliot. 

Before starting her new post this week, Carol was employed as The Highland Council’s Tenant Participation Officer within the Housing and Property Service for over six years.

Originally from Wick, where her father Dave Punnett owned and ran a local electrical shop on Francis Street,  Carol has a BA(Hons) in Psychology and has a diverse background of service delivery having worked in both the public, private and voluntary sectors.

She replaces Caroline MacAskill who left to take up a post with Cairn Housing Association. 

Carol, who will be based at Tain Service Point said: “I am delighted to take on this challenging role and look forward to working with Members, the local community and partners to help deliver quality local services.”
