Trapeze and acrobatic skills workshops in Grantown

People in the Grantown on Spey Area who would like to fly through the air on a trapeze or learn to be an acrobat can sign up to Physical Theatre Workshops taking place in February.

Organised by Highland Council’s Active Schools Coordinator, Dawn Horsburgh, the workshops will be led by Physical Theatre Company Conflux from Friday 12th to Monday 15th February inclusive.

The events which are free to Highland Council High Life leisure card members will see pupils from Grantown Grammar school participating during the daytime and evening sessions are open to others.

From 7pm to 9pm anyone who has left school and is over 18 years old, including local climbing instructors, can take part in the 4 sessions on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

S1 – S3 pupils will take part in 4 sessions from 1pm to 3pm; S4-S6 pupils will take part in another 4 sessions from 3:30pm – 5:30pm.
