The Director of Social Work Services has requested that a review of large community care packages initially in excess of £50K per annum be undertaken.
The Independent Assessor, Resources & Performance has been commissioned to complete the review and it is anticipated that the review will be completed between June and December 2008.
Service users, carers, care managers and service providers will be involved throughout the process.
A scoping document has been produced outlining the objectives of the review.
