Publication of report by Scottish Public Services Ombudsman

The final report of an investigation of a complaint about the Highland Council has been laid before Parliament today.  The Ombudsman’s report has not upheld any aspect of a complaint that was made about neighbour problems and anti social behaviour.

Under Section 15(4) of the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002, the Highland Council is required to make arrangements for members of the public to inspect or obtain copies of the report and to publicise such arrangements.
