2. Confirmation of Minutes
The Minutes of the Meeting of the Licensing Board held on 12th June and Adjourned Meeting held on 9th July, 2007, copies of which had been circulated, were held as read and were unanimously approved.
3. Extended Hours for Christmas/New Year Functions
The Board agreed to grant delegated authority to the Clerk to grant applications for occasional permissions, occasional licences and occasional extensions in Caithness, Sutherland and Easter Ross over the Festive period on the same basis as extensions, licences and permissions were granted in each of the three areas in the year 2006. Any applications beyond policy hours are to be referred by the Clerk to the Chairman of the Board or local member in accordance with the Scheme of Delegation.
