A meeting of the Highland Licensing Board – Inverness, Nairn and Badenoch and Strathspey was held in the Council Chamber, The Town House, Inverness, on Tuesday 24th June 2008 at 10.00am.

The Clerk advised that a letter of objection had been received and that the objector had not received notification of the Board Meeting.  He advised the Board that in the interest of natural justice that the application should be adjourned to the next meeting of the Board to offer the objector full opportunity to respond to the application.

 

The applicant’s representative stated that under the terms of S162 of the Act that the Board would be able to consider the application without the need for a Hearing.

 

The Board agreed to ADJOURN consideration of the application to the meeting of the Licensing Board to be held on 15th July 2008.
