1. Apologies for Absence and Declarations of Interest
Apologies were received from Mr Donald Cameron and Mr Michael Foxley.
Mrs Audrey Sinclair, Mrs Isabelle Campbell, Mr Eddie Hunter and Mr Ian Renwick declared a non financial interest as members of the Fire board for item 5.1 and left the meeting while this item was being determined.
Mr Peter Cairns and Mr David Chisholm declared a non financial interest in item 4.2 as they had not been present at the meeting of the Committee on 12 July 2011 and left the meeting while this item was being determined.
2. Confirmation of Minutes
There had been circulated for confirmation the minute of the meeting of the Committee held on 15 November 2011.
The minute was held as read and approved.
3. Delegated Decisions
The Committee agreed to note the list of delegated decisions on planning applications from 15 October to 3 December which was available on the Members’ Bulletin and via the Highland Council website.

There had been circulated Report No PLR/084/11 by the Area Planning and Building Standards Manager recommending the refusal of the application for the reasons stated therein.
The Committee agreed the recommendation but wished it noted that in the event of a re-application on similar terms favourable consideration would be given to granting permission subject to conditions should the Applicant either agree to enter into a Section 75 Agreement at her expense to secure the required sightlines or the house at Camusmorar was approved and built with the necessary sightlines provided.

The Committee agreed the recommendation.
