2. Meeting Dates for 2007/2008
The Board approved the proposed meeting dates of 2nd October 2007 and 22nd January 2008 with meetings to commence at 10.30am in North Highland College, Dornoch. An adjourned Board Meeting date was fixed for Monday 9th July 2007 commencing at 10.30am also in North Highland College, Dornoch.

In respect of Skinandi’s, Thurso, the Board agreed to impose a curfew prohibiting patrons from entering the premises after 12 midnight on any day.

In respect of the application for the Pavilion, Thurso, as a Section 23 certificate had not been issued by the Building Standards Manager, it was agreed at the request of Mr Robertson on behalf of the applicant that the Board grant a provisional licence in terms of Section 26(2) of the Act.
