There is circulated report CSER LIC_1/08  dated 15th January, 2008, by the Clerk on fees to be proposed by The Highland Licensing Board.

 

The Board is recommended to adopt the table of fees in Appendix to the report.

 

5.  Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 – Registered Clubs

 

There is circulated report CSER LIC_2/08 dated 15th January, 2008, by the Clerk inviting the Board to approve a date for the conversion applications for registered clubs.

 

The Board is recommended to approve 1st March, 2009, as the appropriate date for registered clubs.
